Proposal
We will be very happy to visit any property to provide a FREE quotation for work required.
Additional work
We will make every effort to provide a proposal that covers all aspects of the work to be undertaken and small alterations can be included within the scope of a proposal, however it is inevitable with houses of a certain age that sometimes unexpected issues arise and require additional work. In this event we will agree a programme of additional work and a price as a separate addendum to this proposal.
Cleaning
We will endeavour to keep all work and materials in an orderly manner and to tidy up as we work. However, we are aware that the dust and mess involved in building work can cause a problem with the normal running of a home. We would be happy to provide an additional cleaning service for half an hour of cleaning at the end of each working day. This is not included in this proposal, but if you wish to add it, please ask.
